For years, I've thrived in the fast-paced world of corporate sales. I hit the numbers, led successful teams, climbed the ladder, and today, I am still shooting for the top! Early on, I saw firsthand how stress and burnout held even the best salespeople back—not just from performing at their peak but from truly living. I decided always to take care of the person inside the salesperson so that I have the best chance of reaching my full potential.
My turning point came when I moved to Hawaii. I started surfing, freediving, and spearfishing every day after work. In just a few months, I started to see that not only my performance skyrocketed, but my team was also performing better than ever! I realized that THIS has the highest ROI out of any coaching or playbook I have ever paid for. The ocean isn’t just a place to escape; it’s a space to reset, reflect, and recenter.
I founded Saltwater Summits—to allow high-performing professionals to break free from their routines, reconnect with themselves, and return to work and life with even more energy to run toward their goals. At Saltwater Summits, we combine the thrill of ocean adventures— fishing, snorkeling, and freediving—with transformative practices like breathwork, goal setting, and mindset coaching.
It’s not just a retreat; it’s a journey to rediscover balance, focus, and joy. I’m on a mission to help sellers dive deeper—into the ocean and themselves—so they can return to their lives stronger, sharper, and more inspired than ever.
